Service Level Agreements
Copier Trader offers a comprehensive service support infrastructure to assist our dealer channel in expanding their client bases throughout the sub-Saharan Africa region into which we supply.
Copier Trader offers:
- Nationwide Service Level Agreement (SLA) support for any Copier Trader units sold throughout South Africa, this is to support those dealers not servicing units themselves.
- Remote support for Copier Trader dealers in remote locations wishing to access expert technical skills from afar.
Training
Copier Trader provides all approved Copier Trader dealers complimentary in-house training on pre-scheduled dates, training is typically conducted at a Copier Trader branch in Johannesburg, Durban or Cape Town. This training ensures our clients and their technical resources are ready to supply and service the product range long into the future.
Our training will also ensure that you are able to maintain, service and resolve technical queries as raised on all devices.
